SHINee’s Jonghyun answers the question, “When did you get so handsome?”

Talks between SHINee’s Jonghyun and his fans have been heating up the internet.

On a recent online community site, a post titled, “Jonghyun stop using the internet“, appeared. This captured the conversations that were carried out between the idol and his fans on a site where stars and fans can chat over text.

One fan used SBS’s popular TV drama Secret Garden’s line, “When did Kim Jong Hyun get so handsome? Was it since last year?”, to ask the singer a question. Jonghyun answered, “No. I’ve always been handsome”, making him a self-praising star.

Another fan texted, “Since always? I admit it’s true. This is why I fell in love with you”, and Jonghyun replied coolly, “I never told you to fall in love with me“, causing much laughter.

Others commented, “This is so funny. Jonghyun is cute”, “What a friendly idol! Keep talking more to us”, and “Get well soon so that I can see your face! I miss you”.

Witty and fan loving? Is there anything more to love about this already-perfect idol?

SNSD, the source of energy for ‘Samurai Blue’?

SNSD is the source of energy for the Japanese football team known as ‘Samurai Blue’ who are participating in the Asian Cup in Qatar.

SNSD who made their debut in Japan last year are also popular among Japanese football team members, especially Shinji Kagawa and Yuto Nagatomo who played their football in Europe.

Shinji Kagawa,21, who plays in the German Bundesliga for Borussia Dortmund was seen with a wide smile on his face while watching SNSD’s performance on TV. Yuto Nagatomo,24, on the other hand, plays for Italian Serie A side Cesena said, “Awesome!”, showing his total admiration for the girls.

The two Japanese players watched videos of SNSD’s performances in their hotel rooms.Kagawa and Nagatomo’s admiration for SNSD was captured by fellow team mate, Yosuke Kashiwagi (23) who played for Urawa Reds in J-League.

Kashiwagi uploaded the video he shot on his photoblog. While Kashiwagi was filming, Nagatomo asked, “Why are you recording?” Kagawa then said with a sweet smile on his face, “Nowadays, I really like SNSD!”

The video recorded by Kashiwagi surfaced on YouTube on January 22nd. Although the exact time of recording cannot be determined, it was believed that SNSD’s videos were used to help the Japanese players relax during the football tournament.

Super Junior’s Shindong splits his pants during ‘SM Town Live Japan’

Super Junior’s Shindong is causing both his fans and netizens to roll around the floor laughing, as he recently revealed his ripped pants through Twitter.

Shindong

was in Japan with his labelmates for the ‘SM Town Live‘ concert in Tokyo, and as it turned out, he ripped his pants wide open during the concert.

The star tweeted, ’You all know that the performances have ended. Why didn’t anyone say anything. My pants… Until the last song ended. It was these pants. I unexpectedly exposed myself in Japan. I started excitedly, I jumped excitedly, and waved excitedly. T T‘

From the photo, it’s clear that the pants’ crotch area had ripped. However, Shindong wasn’t aware of the situation until after the concert had ended.

The netizens commented, ‘Shindong’s post made my eyes turn red, ‘Unfair exposure’, and ‘Even though I shouldn’t be thinking about it, I think about it often.’

SNSD releases preview of new “Paradise in Phuket” photobook

SNSD will be releasing a new photobook on February 8th titled, “ALL about Girl’s Generation Paradise in Phuket.”

The photobook details the girls’ trip to Phuket

, Thailand, and features 300 pages of never-before-seen photos, starting from their arrival at the airport, to their recording for the Eco music video, pajama parties, interviews with the members, and cute paparazzi shots that cannot be seen anywhere else.

The preview pictures released feature the girls expressing their innocent charms in lovely all-white outfits. Fans are already expressing their anticipation for the full photobook, claiming that it looks as if the girls have returned to their younger debut days with “Into the New World.”

Meanwhile, SNSD is performing at the ‘SM Town Live in Tokyo‘, held on January 26th.

Singers, songwriters, actors/actresses (both Korean and international), the Korean army, sporting superstars, and even a film director! And why not? The girl’s are a “HOT ITEM!“ (did I emphasize that enough?)

Japanese filmmaker Shusuke Kaneko, the director of the “Death Note” films (based on the massively popular manga/anime series), recently tweeted about his love for SNSD.

Although I’m saying this while I’m drunk, SNSD is the best idol group in the past 50 years (among singers).

Also, in an earlier tweet, after watching the “Visual Dreams PV”, he stated:

I managed to watch the full version PV for SNSD’s new song ‘Visual Dream’. It’s advanced. Aren’t they going to release a Japanese version PV for ‘Run Devil Run’?

It appears that Mr. Kaneko has been a SONE for a while now, as he commented on his photoblog after SNSD’s Tokyo showcase last year:

Finally, popular French pop singer Shy’m confessed that she is loving “Gee”, after discovering SNSD in Japan. She posted on her Facebook:
